There seems to be a push – at least in the media – to frame Michigan’s Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer as a good choice to run for president. I can’t imagine why they would be doing that….

Perhaps Biden’s media buddies are starting to worry about his competency or bribery scandals. Maybe they’re actually paying attention to Biden’s polling and fundraising numbers.

Maybe it’s because they are worried about Robert F. Kennedy Jr., someone who doesn’t appear to be on the Democrat plantation as a candidate they can control. Maybe it’s because more and more people don’t really want Joe or Kamala to be running the country.

In any event, the Whitmer stories are appearing in all corners of the internet.

The Atlantic has a “Why Not Whitmer?” article. While she isn’t officially running for president (currently), they say she is “happy to be interrogated over whether she might change her mind.”

The Bulwark talks about a Whitmer vs. Trump or a Whitmer v. DeSantis competition. They cite Whitmer’s successes as her COVID-19 policies (seriously?!!), fighting like Hell for abortion and LGBTQ+ rights and her youth. Yes, she’s not 100 years old like the other two top candidates.

Vanity Fair is also throwing out names for 2024 including Whitmer for the leftists and Romney for… well, for who??! That one is laughable. They might as well put him out there as running on the Democrat ticket. In fact, they suggest a Whitmer/Romney ticket. Good Lord…

ABC is not immune to all of the hubbub going on surrounding a Whitmer candidacy either and have taken note that her and California Gov. Gavin Newsom have been raising their “profiles” in the media. Yes, there are waiting in the wings in case Biden bows out for “health” reasons – or is forced out by the REAL president (Obama) who might finally give the old man his pink slip.

Maybe they know that Biden can’t beat Trump – or any of the other 8,000 Republicans running to be president.

Meanwhile, Whitmer is outwardly supporting the current president and has even started the “Fight Like Hell” PAC to help him and other federal candidates get elected.

In the American Thinker, there is an article called “How Can the Dems Get Rid of Joe”? They say that the Dems are in a pickle because of Joe’s fundraising and polling numbers and the congressional investigations and all the Hunter Biden stuff going on. Because of that, they say the “news blackout” has been lifted.

Evidence of this occurred the other day when the press corps actually asked Joe’s Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre some REAL questions about Biden selling influence to China. For a whole four minutes, she had to face a REAL media with REAL questions about Biden’s corruption. And even though she wouldn’t answer anything, she said she appreciated the questions. LOL.

It remains to be seen it Biden will actually get the boot. Wifey Jill would definitely fight it if the Dems try to kick her and Joe to the curb. She likes it there. She thinks she deserves to be there no matter how feeble, incompetent and corrupt Joe is. It’s an easy job for her really. Go to dinners, rake in the cash, fly around the world, and help the Easter Bunny lead her hubby around the White House.
