Have you committed a crime in New York City lately under the guise of social justice? Maybe arson or an attack against the police? For many of you who have, most likely you haven’t even been admonished for it, let alone arrested.
And if you actually get taken to jail, you can get out quickly with no bail and often the prosecutors won’t follow through with any charges.
On the other hand, if you are a meanie walking around in New York City and call someone a name, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio wants to make sure that YOU PAY THE PRICE for your hate even if you haven’ committed any sort of crime.

You can’t just go around hurting people’s feelings. That is certainly not allowed in a Democratic-run city.
Unless, of course, you are spewing your vileness at someone wearing a Trump hat.
What? You think you have freedom of speech? Not in New York City.
What? You didn’t actually commit a crime? That doesn’t matter in New York City.
In a news briefing last Thursday, de Blasio said that he wants his police department to confront people who engage in hateful conduct, even if their actions aren’t criminal.
He’s encouraging all New Yorkers to report discrimination and “hate crimes” against them.
de Blasio said, “I also think even if something is not a criminal case, a perpetrator being confronted by the city, whether it’s NYPD or another agency being told what they’ve done was very hurtful to another person – and could, if ever repeated, lead to criminal charges – that’s another important piece of the puzzle. That’s why we need these reports.”
Ah… reports… He’s going to compile an enemies list of people who don’t agree with the Democrat party. Because we all know it will be Democrats who will be reporting people to the police 24/7 when they run into someone who doesn’t agree with their woke agenda.
When asked how the NYPD would be involved in noncriminal cases, de Blasio said, “It’s NYPD or could be other agencies as well. One of the things officers are trained to do is give warnings. If someone has done something wrong, but not rising to a criminal level, it’s perfectly appropriate for an NYPD officer to talk to them, to say that was not appropriate.”
Other agencies? Okay, so they’re going to send someone from Planned Parenthood or someone from one of the whacked out George Soros organizations to run people down and yell at them about hurt feelings? That really sounds like a great idea.
And appropriate for whom? I’m appropriate all the time in my consistency of speaking the facts, defending the Constitution and law and order. But I’m sure I’m quite inappropriate to people who want gun control, ICE abolished, free money to illegals and censorship. I’m sure I hurt their feelings all the time and in their minds I have committed an enormous amount of hate crimes.
The appropriateness of something is a judgment call. If you don’t like something that someone says, you argue with them or you walk away. You don’t call the police. The police have no jurisdiction to police speech. Yes, we still have a Constitution folks.
Comrade de Blasio continued saying tyrannical things and it was clear to see that the goal of his new program, besides compiling an enemies list, is to scare people into silence.
He said, “I assure you, if an NYPD officer who calls you or shows up at your door to ask about something you did, that makes people think twice.”
So I’m wondering… what kind of warning or fine do I get when I tell a Planned Parenthood employee or an NYC police officer to “kiss off” when they tell me I’ve been reported for commenting about an ugly Biden shirt that someone wore at the gas station?
Is telling a police officer to kiss off a crime?
