A U.S. government delegation has arrived in Prishtina, Kosovo this evening to discuss details of implementing the “Economic Normalization” document signed in the Oval Office by prime ministers of Kosovo and Serbia.

The delegation was welcomed by Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti, and are having a meeting together in the government offices.

It includes Richard Grenell, President Trump’s envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Adam Boehler, the head of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), Bonnie Glick, the USAID Deputy Administrator, Kimberly Reed, President of the Export-Import Bank, and senior government officials from the U.S. Departments of Energy and Commerce.

In their meeting with senior government officials in Kosovo and Serbia, the delegation will focus on ways to implement projects agreed by their leaders on September 4, 2020, in the White House. DFC and EXIM recently signed letters of interest with Serbia and Kosovo to help finance some of these projects.
