The White House hosted its annual egg roll today on the South Lawn — a wholesome tradition following a weekend largely centered on Christian faith.
And it wasn’t just pageantry — listen to these White House staffers singing Amazing Grace.
It’s a refreshing contrast from the last administration’s tone — which declared Transgender Visibility Day on Easter Sunday. Many Christians saw it as tone-deaf at best, a slap in the face at worst.

The Democratic Party continues to lose ground with the mainstream by siding with fringe causes at the expense of everyday Americans.
Take Ukraine, for example. Billions in aid, and yet the war rages on. The Trump Administration has indicated it’s ready to draw a hard line if peace isn’t on the table. Here’s Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
Even Vladimir Putin paused to declare a ceasefire over Easter — though Ukrainian President Zelensky dismissed it as another manipulative ploy. So, peace? Still looking dicey.
Meanwhile, back in the U.S., Democrats are digging in their heels on all the wrong issues. Case in point: illegal alien Kilmar Abrego-Garcia — previously deported by the Trump Administration.
Maryland Senator Chris Van Hollen went all the way to El Salvador to conduct a wellness check on the guy. Here’s President Trump laying out everything we now know about Abrego-Garcia.
How does the American left keep turning the worst people into martyrs?
So much for women’s rights — Democrats are defending a wife-beating, illegal alien, gang-affiliated man while also pushing for biological males to share locker rooms with girls.
And it’s not just rhetoric. Abrego-Garcia’s wife is fundraising for him on GoFundMe — but she conveniently blurred out the tattoos on his hand. Why? Because they may be MS-13 gang symbols.
Even more damning? She had a restraining order against him. Here she is:
And then there’s Michael Strahan, calling himself a journalist — but seemingly uninterested in pressing for uncomfortable truths. He gave it a shot, but someone clearly pulled the plug.
Thankfully, Stephen Miller stepped in to tell the story the media won’t.
Instead of reassessing their strategy, Democrats are doubling down. Senator Van Hollen made his El Salvador trip, and now Representatives Robert Garcia and Maxwell Frost want to follow suit — funded by the Oversight Committee.

Oversight Chairman James Comer’s reply was scathing: “It is absurd that you both displayed active hostility for over 2 years toward the Committee’s oversight of the Biden Border Crisis… Your request is denied.”
And rightfully so.
While Americans are still being held hostage by Hamas, Democrats are more concerned about one gang member. Priorities?
In California, Governor Newsom is sinking billions into free healthcare for undocumented immigrants — with his latest budget projecting $8.4 billion in spending — in a state already overwhelmed by homelessness.
But the rhetoric keeps escalating. Some pundits on MSNBC now suggest deporting illegal aliens will lead to mass deportation of people of color.
Maybe don’t make a wife-beating gang-banger the poster child for your movement?
Meanwhile, El Salvador’s President Nayib Bukele offers a stark contrast. Listen:
He’s turned one of the most dangerous nations into a safe tourist destination — all while battling the same liberal resistance Trump now faces.
The Supreme Court has temporarily blocked the Trump Administration from deporting Venezuelans under the Alien Enemies Act, but the administration isn’t backing down.
At home, illegal crossings at the southwest border have hit historic lows. And there’s more in the works — Stephen Miller weighs in on sanctuary cities.
Cracking down on sanctuary cities will be key to restoring national safety. And if anyone’s going to get it done, it’s this administration.
So, will Democrats stop defending criminals and start standing up for American families?
Probably not. But the American people are watching — and come next year’s midterms, they’ll remember who stood for what.
