but it’s a total fallacy when Dems are in charge, whether at the local, state, or federal level.

Let’s start with the Inflation Reduction Act – a name that’s as honest as a gas station sushi sign. Nothing in the bill actually reduced inflation (nor was it meant to) including the $80 billion for the IRS – which was not a war on the wealthy, it was a war to target the middle class (and I’m sure it wasn’t meant to target Republicans, wink, wink).

When you’ve got more tax enforcers than troops in the UK army, you’re not trying to help families – you’re padding the bureaucracy.

Next, take a look at Dems and the teachers’ unions. During COVID, parents wanted schools open. Unions wanted them closed. Guess who won? Not your kid, who spent two years Zoom-schooling next to the laundry pile. Democrats gladly did the unions’ bidding while parents who asked questions were branded “domestic terrorists.” Nothing says “we’re here for you” like siccing the DOJ on soccer moms.

And then there’s immigration and border security, where the people want order, but the government wants chaos. Democrats have thrown open the doors, overwhelmed small towns, and strained local budgets – all while blocking commonsense enforcement that was so easy that President Trump did it on day one of his second term.

Why do the Dems want open borders? Because open borders mean more bodies for government programs, more crisis justifying federal expansion, and more votes in blue districts when the census rolls around. It’s not hard to figure out their motives. Power and wealth. Those two things are ALWAYS their motives for everything they do.

And finally, cue the meltdown over DOGE (Department of Government Efficiency). Democrats are flooding the courts with lawsuits against the Trump administration – not to protect the people, but to cling to their bloated roster of federal workers and pet programs they’ve spent decades hardwiring into government.

In short: if you’re a union, a federal agency, or a regulation (or a trans or an illegal alien), Democrats will move heaven and earth for you. But if you’re a parent, a taxpayer, or a small business owner? Get in line – and bring snacks. It’s going to be a long wait.

When push comes to shove, Democrats don’t represent the people – they represent the machine. And you’re not invited to the staff meeting.
