The Democrats have a shiny new toy, and they’re absolutely squealing over it. Their new obsession? A piece in The Atlantic detailing a Signal chat used by Trump insiders who were discussing an attack on Houthi rebels – where, somehow, left-leaning reporter Jeffrey Goldberg was mistakenly looped in. Know who else was looped in? Russia.

Now the Left is running wild about the Signal story, all giddy while at the same time pretending to be upset about what they call a security failure. Goldberg’s interview about the whole thing can be found here.

Apparently, this is the kind of thing that qualifies as a national emergency – unlike when your name is Biden and you keep classified docs in your garage, ignore the border chaos, or lose an entire country to the Taliban. Those things are just called another “sleepy Tuesday.”

While the Left is foaming at the mouth over the Trump administration’s messaging app habits, here’s a quick refresher on things they didn’t freak out about under Biden’s watch:

  • The Afghanistan debacle that left 13 U.S. troops dead and $7 billion in gear for the Taliban yard sale.
  • The southern border, where over 10 million crossings have spawned sex trafficking, murders and a fentanyl crisis just to name a few things.
  • A Chinese spy balloon that basically took a scenic tour over U.S. military installations before being politely shot down.
  • A National Guardsman leaking classified docs on Discord like it was his fantasy football league.
  • Iranian-backed cyberattacks on U.S. water infrastructure
  • And don’t forget the CCP hacking the Treasury Department

Sure, let’s all hyperventilate over a few conservatives texting each other – while a reporter conveniently eavesdrops – as if that’s the collapse of democracy. But here’s the real question: why did Goldberg keep reading those messages? And why report on them instead of showing some loyalty to the country and its security? We all know the answer. This is the same guy who cooked up the “losers and suckers” hoax. He’s got a raging case of Trump Derangement Syndrome, just like most of the media, and he’s desperate to play hero and bag a few Trump-world trophies.

If this had happened to Biden’s Def Sec, Lloyd Austin, we would never know a thing about it. In fact, I can GUARANTEE that there were hundreds (if not thousands) of things that the Biden-Harris administration did that we don’t know about – illegal things, unconstitutional things, and things that made our country a lot less safe.

Meanwhile, Elon Musk is probably lighting cigars with hundred dollar bills and enjoying a break from being the progressive media’s favorite punching bag for a day or two.Given Goldberg’s story, this shiny new toy – the Leftist media (which no one is watching or listening to) is all-in on the fabricated Trump panic, claiming the country is in danger under Orange Man Bad, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth and National Security Adviser Michael Waltz.

If only Democrats cared half as much about, say, what the story is REALLY ABOUT: Trump bombing the Houthi rebels who have been attacking shipping vessels, they might not look like the juvenile and unserious folks that they are.
