It’s getting harder to tell the difference between a courtroom and a DNC strategy meeting these days. Every time Donald Trump tries to wield his executive authority, a Biden, Obama or Clinton-appointed judge pops up like a whack-a-mole, eager to smack down his orders before the ink even dries.

These so-called “impartial” arbiters of justice seem to be less concerned with the law and the Constitution and more focused on playing defense for the Democratic Party.

Take, for example, the lawsuit against DOGE’s ability to review treasury spending. Since when has a Democrat ever been denied access to the country’s bureaucracy, its data, and its inner workings?! Seriously.

The Democratic judicial branch of government has no authority to tell Trump what information he can and cannot have access to when when making decisions for the American people. What’s next? Banning him from intelligence briefings from the Pentagon?

VP Vance said about the absurdity about what’s going on, “If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that’s also illegal.”

Instead of letting the executive branch do its job, left-leaning judges issue immediate nationwide injunctions, blocking enforcement faster than you can say “corrupt spending.” Meanwhile, Joe Biden (his handlers) did whatever they wanted to do whenever they wanted to do it – including ignoring Supreme Court decisions like those made on student loans.

Do you support individual military members being able to opt out of getting the COVID vaccine?

It’s a pretty sorry state of affairs that there are so many judges who are willing to scrap the law and the constitution to serve the Democratic Party. Judicial activism has gone from a behind-the-scenes influence to an outright blockade of conservative policies. The judiciary was meant to be a check on power, not a partisan weapon wielded against one side. But as long as Trump is the target, expect the robes to keep acting like they belong to a political club instead of a courtroom.

Political commentator Bill O’Reilly has warned in his podcast that this is the strategy of the left for the next four years – sue, sue, sue. They are the resistance – that is all they have, just like it’s all they had the first term of Trump’s presidency.

In fact House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries and his pals in the House has started a “Rapid Response Task Force and Litigation Working Group” against President Trump. Jeffries said in a letter to colleagues that it’s a “multifaceted struggle to protect and defend everyday Americans from the harm being inflicted by this administration.”

Looks like the left’s legal strategy boils down to “if you can’t win at the ballot box, weaponize the bench.” At this rate, they might as well start issuing gavels with DNC logos – at least then they’d be honest about who they really serve.
