The Democrats are at it again with their favorite pastime: trying to find ways to block Donald Trump from the presidency. This time, they’re revisiting the Constitution’s 14th Amendment.

Their argument? That Trump is unfit to serve because of January 6th, which they insist on labeling an “insurrection.” Never mind that their investigation conveniently ignored (and hid) evidence. Never mind that many of the police officers allowed people into the Capitol. Never mind that there were at least 26 FBI informants were reportedly present in D.C. that day – purely as bystanders, of course.

You’d think after two impeachments, a few grand juries, two failed assassinations, a coup against their own presidential candidate and much more, they’d give up on their quest to try to keep Trump out of the Oval Office. But sadly, their Trump Derangement Syndrome is not something that will be going away anytime soon.

So because of what they call a Trump insurrection, the Dems are planning one of their own.

According to an op-ed in The Hill by Evan A. Davis and David M. Schulte (a friend of Obama and Hillary Clinton – big surprise) “Congress has the power to block Trump from taking office, but lawmakers must act now.”

Why? They say “The Constitution provides that an oath-breaking insurrectionist is ineligible to be president.”

Yes, they’re banking on a section of the Constitution meant to block Confederate leaders from holding office.

And just as the left dismissed their own party’s pick for president, they now aim to disregard America’s choice as well – a candidate who won the electoral votes decisively and also secured the popular vote. A man who won all of the swing states in a rout.

Yes, the Democrats and their tyrannical friends are still having a meltdown over the November election and as January 20th approaches, life is getting scarier and scarier for them.

While they complain that January 6th, 2021 was about Trump not wanting the election to be certified, they have no qualms trying to do the same. And advertising it.

At the end of the day, this isn’t about law or order. It’s about desperation. The Democrats know they can’t beat Trump on policy (and they didn’t), so they’re always looking at other ways to get rid of him. It’s a circus, and the 14th Amendment is the ringmaster’s whip according to these psychos.
