In a move so brazen it makes your blood boil, a former FEMA supervisor (yes, she was actually fired) named Marn’i Washington has been caught holding back FEMA support from Trump supporters in disaster zones. She actually told the people under her to ignore houses in Florida with Trump signs.

After the disgusting woman was outed and fired, she went to the news media to claim that it wasn’t just something that she came up with – it was a national policy to do it. She said that avoiding the houses of Trump supporters was a directive from her superiors – and is current FEMA policy.

You can see her interview here:

Washington called it a “colossal event of avoidance not just in the state of Florida but you will find avoidance in the Carolinas.” She goes on to say that there is evidence of this and that if the media asks DSA (Disaster Survivor Assistance) crew leads and specialists in the field about it and they get incident reports, she will be vindicated.

The story, whether coming from Washington or FEMA, is that Trump voters are too hostile for FEMA workers to approach safely. No need for proof – just the implication that conservative communities might be one BIGLY ticking time bomb. So if these folks felt abandoned, it’s because they were.

And yes, Trump was right about this happening just like he’s right about most things. When he claimed that FEMA was neglecting areas that had voted for Republicans, he was spot-on.

So while Trump-supporting residents in storm-ravaged areas were caught on camera begging for basic help, the Democratic-run Department of Homeland Security running the FEMA show under Alejandro Mayorkas was too busy sending help and money to take care of illegal aliens (future Democrat voters) instead.
