Big Lots, the land of discounted treasures, is now the latest casualty in a growing list of brands that can’t survive in a Biden/Harris economy. The beloved discount retail chain has filed for bankruptcy, closing even more stores in a desperate attempt to stay afloat. Once boasting over 1,400 stores, Big Lots is now conducting going-out-of-business sales faster than the administration can print more money.
But what do you expect in a Biden/Harris nation with 20-40% inflationary prices post-Trump and “Dollar” stores that offer NOTHING for a dollar – because they can’t afford it.
Big Lots CEO Bruce Thorn, with the enthusiasm of a man clinging to the last lifeboat on the Titanic, insists the iconic brand will be “best positioned” after shedding 25% of its U.S. footprint. Is that how you get to be successful these days under Democratic rule? You close up shop?!

Yes, under Dems, fewer stores selling extreme bargains to cash-strapped consumers is the ticket to success! As Big Lots hands over the keys to Nexus Capital Management, it’s hard not to wonder: Is this really a “new chapter” or just another sad footnote in the annals of Bidenomics? Chances are, in the end, they’re going to close up everything forever – like the Rite Aids in Michigan.

Red Lobster, famous for cheddar bay biscuits and seafood, had to file bankruptcy under the Biden- Harris administration too because of bad business decisions like their endless shrimp promotion – amid the weight of inflation, supply chain problems, a shortage of labor and other issues.
Rite Aid did as well and have disappeared from Michigan entirely which has caused long long long lines in Walgreens and other pharmacies who have had to pick up the slack (yes, I am about 8th in line now at my Walgreens pharmacy whenever I visit..) Thanks, Joe and Kamala!!
As the bankruptcy list grows longer and longer every day – Vice Media, Christopher & Banks, CiCi’s Pizza, Party City, the 99¢ Only Store etc. etc. etc…the pattern is clear: businesses are failing faster than Joe and Kamala can gaslight us about their great economy.
While Biden might touts economic resilience and Kamala talks about an “opportunity” economy if she is president, we all know the truth. These tyrants are the REASON we are in the economic mess that we are in – and everyone (even Democrats) know it.

In a country where Family Dollar is running out of dollars and Lumber Liquidators is being sawed in half, you’d think someone in charge would notice the trend and dig us out of it. But there is no one in charge. No one competent anyway.
