In a spectacle that would make even the most disinterested sports fan cringe, the Olympic boxing ring has become the stage for an absurd drama: biological men competing against women. The latest travesty? Algerian boxer Imane Khelif, who’s about as biologically female as my left shoe, floored Italian fighter Angela Carini in a mere 46 seconds. Yes, you read that right. Forty-six seconds. It took less time than your morning coffee brew for this bout to descend into farce.

Testosterone tactics: when strength meets stupidity.

Khelif, whose testosterone levels probably rival those of a raging bull, was previously banned from a major boxing contest for failing gender qualification tests. But hey, let’s just toss her into the Olympics anyway! Why not? The International Olympic Committee (IOC) seems to have adopted the philosophy that if a certain kind of competitor can’t win fair and square, just change the rules so that they can compete in a venue where the opposition has no chance of winning whatsoever.

Absurdly, they scrapped the testosterone limits and embraced “inclusion and non-discrimination.” Translation: they’ve decided to ignore biological reality in favor of ideological fantasies. No matter who gets hurt.

Crying foul and broken noses.

After taking two walloping punches from Khelif, Carini found herself not just outmatched but outraged, falling to her knees and declaring the fight unjust. And who can blame her? It’s like sending a Chihuahua to tussle with a Rottweiler and then everyone is acting surprised when the poor little pup gets mauled?

Carini, a police officer and no weakling or coward, embodying the spirit of a true athlete, entered the ring to fight for her dream. Instead, she faced a nightmare that left her with a bruised nose and a heart full of disillusionment.

The IOC’s magical thinking.

Meanwhile, the IOC maintains that athletes like Khelif are perfectly eligible, citing compliance with the competition’s eligibility and entry regulations. Apparently, if it says “female” on your passport, that’s good enough for them. This is the same logic that would allow me to declare myself a kangaroo and hop into the marsupial Olympics.

Former British Prime Minister Liz Truss and Olympic hero Sharron Davies are among the many voices decrying this madness. Truss rightly questions when this lunacy will end, and Davies labels the IOC a “bloody disgrace,” condemning them for essentially legalizing violence against women. But the IOC, entrenched in its delusional policies, continues to turn a blind eye.

Boxing great Barry McGuigan, now president of the Professional Boxing Association, and sports scientists alike have pointed out the glaring disparities in strength and power between biological males and females. The decision to allow men in women’s boxing not only undermines fair competition but also endangers female athletes.

Harry Potter author JK Rowling called the whole thing “insanity” and asked “What will it take to end this insanity? A female boxer left with life-altering injuries? A female boxer killed?”

She posted a video of the fight and said, ’Watch this…then explain why you’re OK with a man beating a woman in public for your entertainment. This isn’t sport.”

A dangerous precedent and the final bell.

This isn’t just a case of bending the rules; it’s a dangerous precedent that threatens the very essence of women’s sports.

In an era where we supposedly champion women’s rights and equality (not Democrats), allowing biological men to compete in women’s sports is a betrayal of these principles. Just like in America, the leftist idiots don’t like to live in any kind of normal reality. They are just panderers to social movements and to get votes during elections.

It reduces female athletes to props in a politically correct charade, where ideology trumps integrity, and fairness is sacrificed on the altar of inclusivity.

The IOC needs to wake up from its ideological stupor and recognize that protecting women’s sports means safeguarding the right of women to compete on a level playing field – against other women. Until then, we remain spectators to an ongoing farce, waiting for the final bell to ring on this bout of insanity.
