By all accounts, there is a lot of head-scratching on both sides of the aisle when it comes to Kamala Harris choosing the Governor of Minnesota Tim Walz as her running mate.
Walz is a far-left activist who embraced every radical socialist notion from iron-fisted lockdowns during the Covid pandemic to allowing kids to undergo gender transition surgeries and hormone blockers—things that are banned in most states and all over Europe.

Of all the finalists that Kamala Harris could have chosen—it seems pretty clear that she picked someone who is to the left of Bernie Sanders.

And you don’t have to take my word for it. Hardcore Democrats like Van Jones think it was a weird choice when Josh Shapiro is an option.

That’s right, Van Jones is among a group of Democrats that think moving to the middle would have been the right choice—or picking the Governor of Pennsylvania would have been the right choice to help win that key state in the November election.

And he is not alone. Columnists like Megan McArdle from the Washington Post leveled this harsh assessment of the first big decision of Kamala Harris as the Democrat nominee—she put it this way:

“My fears about Harris are that she is incredibly bad at public speaking and that she reliably makes bad political decisions—so far, she has done nothing to allay either fear.”
Professor and left-wing podcaster Damon Linker put it this way:

“Rather than pick the very popular governor of a neck and neck must win purple state, Harris chose a dime a dozen blue state Governor who gives feels to progressives—that’s about what I’d have expected from her a month ago.”

And outspoken leftist columnist and opinion writer Chris Cillizza—formerly of CNN—simply wrote, “Such a weird choice.”

Rest assured, Republicans are celebrating the choice—a man who is a long way from the middle—the question is why did they do it?

Let’s be clear about this one thing—Governor Josh Shapiro, a far stronger candidate from must-win Pennsylvania, was simply too Jewish to be on the ticket with radicals like Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib among others screaming in support of terrorist organizations like Hamas, Hezbollah and the Houthis while denouncing Israel—a nation that Shapiro once served as a volunteer in the IDF.

And one more thing on that note from Democrat comedian Michael Rapaport—he put this out, “Yo Josh Shapiro UNJEWED himself publicly and still didn’t get picked!”

So, who is Governor Tim Walz? It seems that 90% of us have no idea at all and therefore he is going to get defined pretty fast with Democrats papering over his wildly socialist views as somehow being in line with American values while others try to break through and tell the truth.
 
That will be me.

Let’s start with the obvious—Governor Walz stood back and allowed Minneapolis to be terrorized, looted, and burned for days in the summer of 2020.
And while rioters destroyed his state and capital city, he praised those doing it.

Yeah—Minneapolis getting burned to the ground was something he found optimistic.

But for the people who lived in that hell during the riots of 2020, there wasn’t anything they found optimistic at all—in fact, they were devastated when everything they knew was destroyed and the Governor stood back and did little or nothing.

Following that series of inexcusable decisions, Governor Walz dove headlong into the most brutal COVID lockdowns anywhere in America—grabbing as much power as he could to close restaurants, schools, bars, and anything else he felt like.

He was in a word, a tyrant!

He is also an outspoken advocate for gun confiscation, trans surgeries, and hormone therapies for kids—and if parents are not buying it, the state of Minnesota can intervene and do it anyway. If that is not the most frightening thing you have heard lately I don’t know what is.

Walz is also an advocate for a wide-open southern border and that should complement border czar Kamala Harris’ idea that anyone coming into the country should not be treated as illegal at all but as a newcomer.  

And while Walz has for years declared his service to the nation—there has long been a contention that what he says is just not true when it comes to his military service. There is a contention that he claims combat service while actually quitting right as his unit was called to Iraq.

So what do you think about all of that? Well just remember it has only been about three months since Democrats wanted to dump Kamala off the ticket and now she is the greatest Democrat of all time—and she isn’t the only one who’s changed. Not too long ago Waltz was cheering on the Biden administration, now he’s their replacement.
