The Biden brigade has apparently been up to their old tricks of possible corruption – and lying about it. Shocking, I know…This time, it looks like they’ve been caught red-handed tampering with evidence against Trump and then fibbing about it regarding Trump trial number #4,567.
Biden folks manipulated or altered evidence.
In a move that would make even the most seasoned political cynic raise an eyebrow, Special Counsel Jack Smith’s crack team had to finally come clean about messing with key evidence in Donald Trump’s classified documents case – either altering or manipulating it according to Just the News.
Court not told about what’s been going on.
Oh, but that’s not all. They also conveniently forgot to mention this little detail to the court for a while.
Legal eagles are calling foul play, and for good reason. It turns out that shuffling around the order of documents seized from Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate isn’t exactly kosher. You know, like, violating court rules and all that jazz. But hey, who cares about rules when you’re on a mission, right?
Now, you might think this is just a minor hiccup in the grand scheme of things. But this could spell trouble with a capital T for the prosecution. Turns out, tampering with evidence isn’t exactly a winning strategy in the legal playbook.
But don’t get too excited though… Because will this REALLY delay or derail anything? Probably not. Will the Biden folks get sanctioned or have any consequences for what they did? That’s pretty doubtful.
The Smith squad is trying to downplay the whole debacle, of course, clinging onto the hope that this won’t delay the Trump case, currently scheduled to start May 20th.
Law professor scolds Biden team.
Meanwhile, legal heavyweights like Harvard’s Alan Dershowitz are shaking their heads in disbelief. Tampering with evidence? Incompetence? Possible destruction of exculpatory evidence? It’s like amateur hour at the prosecutor’s office. Or just business as usual for the Trump-deranged Biden Election Interference Task Force.
Dershowitz said, “Prosecutors and investigators should never tamper with or alter evidence in their possession, including the order of documents in a box because one never knows what may become relevant or crucial to a court or jury later in a case.”
Excuses the prosecutors are throwing around include saying that the boxes containing the documents were like a game of Jenga waiting to collapse: index cards, books, stationery and other different sized things that can easily get moved around when being carried by different people.
In the aftermath of this shocking revelation, the Biden Administration finds itself entangled in a web of deceit and mismanagement, with their actions casting a shadow over the integrity of the legal process.
Will accountability prevail or will this egregious display of misconduct be swept under the rug of political expediency like it always is when it concerns going after Orange Man Bad?
I think we all probably know the answer to that question.
