The Supreme Court handed down a huge 6-3 ruling—letting the Texas law known as SB-4 take effect.

That law gives Texas law enforcement at the local, county, and state levels authority to arrest illegal aliens coming across the southern border.

The decision is a major blow to Joe Biden’s reckless open border policies that have allowed millions of undocumented and illegal aliens to flood into the country since January of 2021.

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was exuberant over the court’s ruling on what could become a landmark decision allowing states to protect their borders if the federal government fails to do so.

Paxton said, “Texas has defeated the Biden Administration and ACLU’s emergency motions at the Supreme Court. Our immigration law, SB-4, is now in effect. As always, it’s my honor to defend Texas and its sovereignty and lead us to victory in court!”

Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Brett Kavanaugh both expressed concern about the original ruling blocking enforcement by the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals and agreed that before SCOTUS issues a permanent ruling, the 5th Circuit needs to weigh in again. It is possible that the 5th Circuit could again block the law—setting up another trip to the nation’s high court.

However, the 6-3 ruling does send a message loud and clear that if the Federal Government refuses to protect citizens—states can step in to fill the void.
 
For now, however, those in Texas who pushed the new law are ecstatic.

And this decision has those on the left losing their minds once again—including the three liberal justices on the court that suggested Texas has no right to defend itself against the ongoing invasion.
 
I guess Governor Greg Abbott will now move aggressively to seal the Lone Star State from the invasion—but we will have to wait and see what the next steps are coming out of Austin.

Critics of the Texas Governor say much of what he does is just for show—well, we are about to find out because, at least for now, the door is wide open to protect America. Aggressive moves to stop the invasion would also set Abbott up as a leading candidate in 2028 after Donald Trump’s second term. America First is a winning idea, and every Democrat knows that right now.

The border crisis has emerged as the biggest issue of the 2024 election cycle, and the impact is felt everywhere.

You hear about Laken Riley. You hear the names I read for you here on the program. The people that have died. But there are thousands of names you will never hear.

Families and friends suffer in the shadows because, for some reason, their pain doesn’t get time on the evening news. Their loss is not important enough to elicit an outpouring of grief and support.

Who was the last 20-something that died from a fentanyl overdose that you can name?
 
Seriously, think about that for a moment.

Some middle-of-nowhere kid who came from some middle-of-nowhere town and a middle-of-nowhere family went out with another group of middle-of-nowhere kids and decided to “go crazy” and experiment with drugs, which were found a few hours later, cold as ice.

That doesn’t make it on Morning Joe or Good Morning America—it probably doesn’t make the local news in Marquette or Des Moines.

No, that kid is barely a statistic—and that is the tragedy of the open border bloodbath we are going through right now as a nation.

Real people are getting killed—and even with millions of people staring blankly into their devices, those kids are lost to the indifference of the age.

The open border and the rejection of American principles, institutions, and ideals are turning us into the Roman Empire.
 
But let’s get right down to brass tacks for a minute, ok? We spend a lot of time blaming Joe Biden and Alejandro Mayorkas, and they deserve the blame they get.

However, there is plenty to go around, and if you think the politicians and the corporate media are working in a vacuum—you would be wrong.

The giant corporations are just as guilty and push just as hard to destroy America—because insatiable greed is also powering the invasion of America by millions of people who have no respect for what we are or who we are.
 
And honestly, that could be said for the modern-day Robber Barons.

Do you think Wal-Mart actually cares what you think? Amazon? Google?

No, they don’t give a rat’s ass about you, your family, or your cute little American flag.

They care about money, power, and control. By the way—that goes for Big Government, Big Tech, Big Pharma, Big-Every-Damn-Thing—they are rolling over us and turning the American dream into dust. They are pulverizing and destroying every last good thing we have stood for, died for, and defended for almost 250 years.

The open border is an open invitation to screw us over, once and for all, so the Davos crowd can drink champagne on America’s grave.

I’m sorry—I may have gone a bit dark there. But I promise you every single day here on this program to be brutally honest—and that is about as brutal as it gets!
So, as much as the decision to allow Texas to enforce border security will help things, we still have a long way to go.
 
It is a nice start—but we have so much work to do and so many sheep among us that fixing it may be almost impossible.

It is 2024, and I walk among sheep—mindless creatures with not one God-given defense—not stealth, or strength, or speed, or even teeth. No, the sheep I walk with are slow, stupid, and gullible—plus, they might taste good at some point.
