How does the government lose a F-35 fighter jet?
Why did the pilot eject?
Why do they keep calling the whole thing a “mishap”?
Why did the other pilot, flying in tandem during the training mission, go back to base instead of tracking where the pilot-less plane went?
How could the government not have a location on the plane where it was last seen on radar?
Why were there no videos posted from the community showing anything related to the crash?
Why wasn’t a drone sent out immediately to figure out where the plane was by looking for the plane, debris and fire?
The Daily Mail [1] asks, “How did it take the Pentagon 28 HOURS to find missing F-35 that had crashed in a field 80 miles from base?”
All good questions that might never be answered. At least not in public.
The Pentagon, laughably (and sadly) actually set up a hotline for tips about the “mishap” concerning the stealth F-35B Lightning II jet. Maybe it was a little too stealth-y if our own government couldn’t find it.
But the whole story sounds a little weird to me. And since we’re dealing with the un- transparent Biden administration, I don’t expect us to learn the truth anytime soon.
