The historic town of Lahaina was home to about 12,000 people before the devastating fire they had on August 8th. With the “official” death toll at 115, there are hundreds of people still missing and most likely deceased.
However, according to the Free Beacon, FEMA is very busy with their mandated three- hour diversity training for their employees because white supremacy is “ingrained in nearly every system and institution in the U.S.”
So while FEMA folks are on the island of Maui and others across the country are trying to respond to disasters, the agency’s “resilience” division has advised employees of a required class that needs to be done between August 1st and September 28th.

There is something in FEMA called “FEMA Resilience” which is defined by the organization as “The capacity of individuals, communities, businesses, institutions, and governments to adapt to changing conditions and to prepare for, withstand, and rapidly recover from disruptions to everyday life, such as hazard events.” They also say the division helps communities across the country “Equitably adapt, survive, recover and thrive in the face of natural disasters, climate change, and security threats.”
The division is headed up by Biden appointee Victoria Salinas and her bio says that she has a “she has a steadfast focus on ensuring equitable outcomes for all.”
The workers involved in the Resilience division have to attend and complete one of three courses that meet the DEI training requirement (three hours each)
Training materials obtained by the Free Beacon say that the country is “rooted in extreme, extraordinary violence” and demand participants acknowledge “that systemic racism and oppression exist.”
As I’ve said in the past, the Democrats are unserious about actually running the country. Their two biggest priorities continue to be DEI and climate change.
