I mean, we are told one thing and then another. Our TVs, smartphones, and computers are flooded with misinformation 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and much of it is being pushed by those that claim to be fighting against misinformation.
Which, by the way, has turned out to be just another lie.
It is remarkable how many people will sit there and ignore what they see and hear and subscribe instead to a narrative and a worldview that has no relationship to reality—or even common sense.
When did so many people forfeit their ability to decipher what happens around them and instead subscribe to a nonsensical narrative just because they simply must believe one political perspective over all others?
I am serious here. How many people do you know that will willingly surrender their minds and allow someone else to direct their opinions so that they can continue on the same path and reinforce whatever worldview they hold?
Cognitive dissonance is alive and well. In fact, it is thriving in the world today—and anyone who dares upset the equilibrium of either side is opening themselves up to ridicule, slander, and open hostility. This is true of people on the left, on the right, and sometimes those otherwise unaffiliated.
And what are these political hacks, activists, and operatives willing to lie to you, me, and everyone else about? Well, in a word, everything!
The biggest catalyst of lies was the entire pandemic—and it soon became the world championship of deception and propaganda. There were many players like the CDC, the World Health Organization, and our own government. But worst of all, it was all led by the master of ceremonies, Anthony Fauci.
But lies have become so pervasive that millions of our fellow Americans—and millions more worldwide—have given up on even trying to figure much of it out.
And that is the point! The elites want as many people as possible to wave their hands in futility.
You see, the more people they can overwhelm and exhaust, the fewer they have to worry about voting or agitating against the push to the left.
Those on top of the Uni-party, like Chuck Schumer and Mitch McConnell, prefer passive crowds that will be happy to watch mindless TV, eat plenty of junk food, and dope themselves up on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds for a pharmaceutical vacation.
It’s even easier when they encourage the passage of laws that make marijuana—very potent marijuana—available to the masses in unlimited quantities! Face it, Flounder, fat, drunk, and stupid is no way to go through life. But apparently, stoned and stupid is good for you and everyone else.
With millions of us sedated on a daily basis, they can lie about everything while the peasants stare with glassy-eyed indifference—‘Hey, you got another gummy?’
So, the lies get bigger, bolder, and more relentless!
And if they choke you with an endless barrage of crises and lies, then mix it all up with a few pounds of gummies and gallons of liquor—well, do any of us stand a chance? I mean, those already well-overmedicated keep us all a bit more stupid and vulnerable.
Of course, there are people like me that are not willing to surrender to the stoned and stupid crowd and will fight for what is left of this country.
Those people are patriots.
If any of this sounds even the least bit familiar, you may want to do something about it before you come to at three in the morning sitting in a Taco Bell with bloodshot eyes, ringing ears, and half of a beefy five-layer burrito cascading down your chest.
Just sayin’.
