Yes, the Democrats are still crazy. But they continue to get away with crazy – so they aren’t stopping anytime soon. Under the “crazy” (and racist) heading, we have Black House Democrat Sheila Jackson Lee of Texas introducing something called the “Leading Against White Supremacy Act of 2023” on January 9th of this new year.
This act, as described by Trending Politics News would “end free speech for white people in the United States.”
For those of you who think I am joking about this bill and that it doesn’t actually exist, here is a link to it. At the top of H.R. 61, it says that the bill was written “To prevent and prosecute white supremacy inspired hate crime and conspiracy to commit white supremacy inspired hate crime and to amend title 18, United States Code, to expand the scope of hate crimes.”
Lee’s bill doesn’t say anything about Black inspired hate crimes, only white ones. She is calling speech a hate crime. And, of course, NONE of this racial targeting or suppression of free speech is unconstitutional or illegal at all, right? (Insert sarcasm here)
Under her bill, we’re not allowed to ask questions about the open borders, advocate to preserve the American culture or criticize minorities about anything. If we do, Trending Politics News says we could face federal imprisonment merely for posting on social media about “the impact of open borders immigration on American culture, similar to what is happening in some far-left European countries where the government targets its own citizens.”
Jackson’s bill says, “A person engages in a white supremacy [sic] inspired hate crime when white supremacy ideology has motivated the planning, development, preparation, or perpetration of actions that constituted a crime or were undertaken in furtherance of activity that, if effectuated, would have constituted a crime.”
So if our social media post “inspires” a hate crime done by a total stranger, we can be arrested and federally charged with our own hate crime.
And we DEFINITELY can’t talk about the “replacement theory” being perpetrated by the Democrats. No, that’s totally off limits. It’s specifically listed in the bill by Lee.
Lee’s racist and unconstitutional bill also says that the “Uniformed Crime Reporting Program” in the Department of Justice get to maintain records of us and all of our “white supremacy inspired hate crimes.”
