Lost in all of the hubbub of the Queen’s death and other insignificant news items (sorry, I’m no fan of monarchies), was the reporting of how a Democrat mob went after conservative political commentator Tomi Lahren when she spoke at a college campus in New Mexico.

Outkick reports that the New Mexico State Police had to escort Lahren out of the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque on Thursday night because an “organized hate group” broke into the auditorium to chant ‘F**k Tomi Lahren’ in a room in which she spoke.”

Rioters banged on the door and Lahren, along with her dad and members of the Turning Point USA chapter, barricaded themselves in the back room as they waited for police to show up.

The group “Fireball” had posted a banner on social media that said “F**k White Supremacy. Rally against Tomi Lahren’s speech at UNM. We won’t allow racist rhetoric to be spread on our campus unopposed…”

So even though there was a planned protest, with Antifa reported to be involved, the University did not step up their security measures to protect Lahren, her group or her freedom of speech. All that they had was a few campus PD officers. No Albuquerque police. No meaningful security.

Lahren said, ““They didn’t care. They didn’t care that we were stuck in that room. They didn’t care that people were trying to bang through the doors and busted the glass to get into us. They didn’t care. So, the fact that the university, as someone got hurt last night, that’s on them. And that’s just a pretty disgusting thing to think, that you’ve got students, that you don’t care that they are getting attacked by other students and members of the general public. And the university didn’t do anything.”

And the rioters were quite proud of what they did as you can see in their post on Twitter. But we’re all supposed to believe that the MAGA Republicans are the true threat to

democracy, right?

What was it that Rep. Tim Ryan (D-OH) said recently? Oh yeah…”We’ve got to kill and confront that (MAGA) movement.”

Yes, the REAL threat apparently isn’t the leftists who will close down their political opposition’s freedom of speech with violence whenever they get the chance.
