Now we know why the IRS has been buying ammunition. It’s because they will be using it against the American people.
Republican Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) had pointed out to everyone that the IRS spent about $700K between March and June on ammo. He had framed it as being done to limit our ability to get ammunition which is probably true – but they also NEED the ammo according to the job duties of some of their agents.
Breitbart News reports that the IRS has a job listing for a IRS Criminal Investigation Special Agent. It’s for those creative folks who don’t just want to be accountants, they want to be Barney Fife.
The job listing says: As a Special Agent you will combine your accounting skills with law enforcement skills to investigate financial crimes. Special Agents are duly sworn law enforcement officers who are trained to “follow the money.” No matter what the source, all income earned, both legal and illegal, has the potential of becoming involved in crimes which fall within the investigative jurisdiction of the IRS Criminal Investigation. Because of the expertise required to conduct these complex financial investigations, IRS Special Agents are considered the premier financial investigators for the Federal government.”
The major duties of the job include “carry a firearm and be willing to use deadly force, if necessary” and “be willing and able to participate in arrests, execution of search warrants and other dangerous assignments.”
So apparently, the job is NOT about sitting at your desk and reading through documents and then obtaining a search warrant for the police to gather evidence like the Constitution says. Apparently, when talk show host Mark Levin says we are a post-Constitutional society, he knows what he’s talking about.
With 87,000 new agents to be hired with the democratic’s new spending plan, they will certainly need a lot of ammo.
And you don’t even need to be a citizen to get the job. It’s an “open” position according to the IRS website. There’s a section about hiring non-US citizens. It says in rare cases, a federal agency may request approval to hire a non-US citizen into the competitive service if no qualified US citizen is available. No qualified US citizen? In the whole country? I don’t think that is provable.
So it’s the perfect job for you if you have a combo skill set of accounting and law enforcement. Not sure how you would acquire those two things over the course of your life except maybe in the military. It’s kind of like the job combo of being asked to be a sign spinner and a Navy Seal. Two totally unrelated careers.
With tax collection now turning into another arm of the Democrat Antifa army, it looks like any IRS agent who runs across a Trump supporter they don’t like can take to the streets with a weapon of their choice.
Jailing us is no longer good enough for them, it seems.
