It looks like the democrats have finally come to the conclusion that people are sick of the pandemic and sick of the rules the government has been handing out about the pandemic.
Nobody believes Covid Zero exists and we all know that we have to learn to live with it.
And with elections coming up (red alert! red alert!) the democrats can’t keep up their oppressive mask and vaccine mandates while they parade around maskless at parties and on airplanes – and while we watch as people who are double vaccinated are still getting sick.
A memo from Research Impact says, “It’s time for Democrats to take credit for ending the Covid crisis phase of the Covid war. Fully enter the rebuilding phase that comes after any war.”
Research Impact has been giving advice to democrats since 2008 and it’s Biden’s polling firm.
“Stop talking about restrictions” they say and don’t scare people about the future. The memo says “If we focus on how bad things still are and how much worse they could get, we set Democrats up as failures unable to navigate us through this.”
Yep, continue to lie to people – but they’re entering a new phase of lying so that they don’t lose their elections in November.
Mission Accomplished. We all remember how well that phrase worked out for George W. Bush.
The memo says democrats should be pointing to important victories like vaccine distribution (that was actually Trump) and providing economic stability to Americans (there is none) and fully enter the rebuilding phase.
The memo laughable says we are “nowhere near” where we were two years ago even though there were more COVID-19 deaths under Biden than under Trump.
The memo also claims democrats prevented our economy from going into free fall. That’s a laugh. If we’re not in free fall, what exactly are we in right now?
The one part of the memo that they have right is where they say “the more we talk about the threat of Covid and onerously restrict people’s lives because of it, the more we turn them against us and show them we’ve out of touch with their daily realities.”
Too late for that, democrats. You can’t un-ring that bell.
