The democrats have been on board with being pro-criminal for a while now but they have put their foot down about the tax implications and are reminding everyone to pay up.
Sure, the democrats have been allowing arson and assault, looting and murder, especially in the name of racial equity, but even the democrats have their limits.
They want a cut of the action.
It’s not enough to vote democrat after you steal that Louis Vuitton purse. It’s not enough to donate to the democrat party with the meth money you’ve been making. You need to pay your taxes!
It’s like any organized mob operation. The money needs to go back to the top and Biden is the head kingpin. Mr. Big. The Boss.
Why limit financial operations to China and pay-to-play schemes in other countries when you have something called the Internal Revenue Service to “legally” steal the money of Americans?
CBS 42 in Birmingham [1] reports that the 2021 IRS guidelines say “if you steal property, you must report its fair market value in your income in the year you steal it unless you return it to the rightful owner in the same year.”
The IRS goes on to say that “income from illegal activities, such as money from dealing illegal drugs, must be included in your income on Schedule 1 (form 1040), line 8z or on Schedule C (form 1040) if from your self-employment activity.”
This much needed Biden money includes income such as bribes, gambling proceeds and other dough that the democrats need.
Even the Erie County Sheriff’s Office [2] in Buffalo, New York is encouraging criminals to report their crime income. They tweeted “attention all car thieves. The stuff you stole from people’s vehicles in 2021 must be claimed on your income taxes.”
Of course, if you do so, you’ll be incriminating yourself in a crime but we all know that you will be fine and not go to jail if you are a democrat.
One helpful citizen on Twitter handed out some good advice when he tweeted “Life hack: Return stolen property before doing your taxes, then steal it again, to avoid a second crime of tax evasion.”
The New York Post [3] is wondering about the ability to deduct work expenses as well in the course of a crime. What about crowbars, ski masks and getaway vans? A very legitimate question.
April 18, 2022.
That’s the big day to send the bucks to the Biden Family Crime Syndicate and his associates.
