The school system in our country has sucked for a while now with leftists taking over what is being taught. And the unions are only there to protect leftist teachings and Democrat politicians.
Now, more than ever, we have seen how important it is to have a voice in what is going on in the schools – the place where your children are for a large chunk of their day.
So why are you allowing them to be indoctrinated into a lifestyle and a way of thinking that is the polar opposite of how you live in your own home?
If homeschooling isn’t for you or private schooling is too expensive, then you need to take time out of your busy schedule to keep track of what your school board is up to.
Do you even know who is on your local school board? How often do they meet? What political party do they belong to? What do they believe in? Do they support CRT? Do they support keeping kids at home with virtual learning? Do they support kids wearing masks in school?
Have you ever been to a school board meeting – either in person or online?
Even if you are a childless person like me, it’s important to keep track of what’s going on in your local schools. These schools are churning out leftists who will be entering into adulthood and living in your cities. You need to pay attention. These children are our future leaders.
You have two options to get rid of the leftists on the school board. You can recall them or you can run against them in the next election.
Your campaign is a pretty easy one right now – NO CRT, NO MASKS!
The racist Critical Race Theory [1] is being taught in 30 school districts in 15 states. If the leftist haven’t gotten to your school district yet, they will. You need to stand up for your kids and the future of your city and the country.
If you don’t get involved, then you will be stuck with the leftist indoctrination and control of your kids because the crazy left is certainly involved – always has been and they will continue to be.
I can tell you from personal experience that nothing gets changed until you change it yourself.
I am in animal rescue and myself and my cohorts in the rescue world finally figured out years ago that the reason dogs and cats were being killed in animal shelters was because city and county governments were lazy and cheap. They weren’t funding the shelters adequately, putting compassionate workers in them or taking care of the pets in their charge.
Killing pets was easier and cheaper so that’s what they did instead of working to get them adopted.
This is still happening in the south a lot but at least up here in the midwest, we got our act together, we got organized, got together to network at conferences, and we made changes. We showed up at county meetings; supported commissioners who were on our side; formed non-profit groups to offer volunteer assistance, food and supplies to the shelter; we exposed shelters in the media when they did bad things things and worked together, sharing ideas that were successful in other parts of the state.
Most importantly, WE LEARNED HOW TO PLAY THE GAME. It’s the only way you can get in the game and it’s the only way you can win the game. And with the government, you have to learn the rules to have any chance of getting things done.
It’s the same thing with your school boards. You learn about what they do, how they do it and what they are allowed to do. You immerse yourself in the rules.
Politicians are accountable to YOU and the school board is made up of politicians. If they don’t do what the parents want them to do, they are worthless and must be replaced.
You have every right to have a voice in what the school board does and if they refuse to listen, you form a group to send them packing.
DO SOMETHING.
