Okay, as an Army veteran let me say I have the greatest respect for the USAF. They do a superb job keeping this nation safe and free. However, the different services have different cultures. The old service joke goes the Army is a wayward boy scout troop, the Navy is a country club, the Air Force is a corporation, and the Marines are a cult. Well, under the Biden administration the Air Force has changed its corporate image a bit. To wit:

Breitbart: “The Nellis Air Force Base in Nevada recently hosted its first-ever drag queen show at one of its on-base dining and entertainment clubs, according a base spokesperson…One person who attended the drag queen show posted on her social media account, ‘Had a fun night … at a drag Queen show at nellis afb last night.’ ”
The Air Force, in all its shemale glory, responded to the report. “Nellis Air Force Base and the 99th Air Base Wing hosted its first-ever drag show Thursday, June 17, at the Nellis Club. The event provided an opportunity for attendees to learn more about the history and significance of drag performance art within the LGBT+ community.” I mean, the Army couldn’t make this stuff up.
Putting aside, only for a moment, the jokes about the alleged lack of testosterone in certain members of the Her Force, you have to wonder who gave the go ahead for this? Did some captain or staff sergeant think to shmerself, “Hey, the image of the Air Force amongst fellow services isn’t effete enough. Let’s have a drag queen show on base and show them how butch we really are.”
Now granted, the reason the Army, for one, makes Air Force jokes is that they live so much better than we do. Coming off an exercise in the Black Forest in the 80s another soldier and myself had to deliver some material to a USAF base in Germany. We hadn’t even been back to garrison yet after two or three weeks in the field. We get to the joint and we thought we were at a resort spa. The assorted zoomies, as we were still dirty and grimy, looked at us as if we had crawled out from under a rock. Though they were still officially gracious. We ate at their mess hall, we half expected to see a maitre d’ at the door, and visited their barracks, which, as opposed to the cowpen-like WWII German barracks we lived in, had apartment like units of four at a max. We asked them when they went to the field, i.e.- to play in the woods on maneuver like we constantly did. The response? “This is the field.”
Thus it fell to the Air Force to stage the first, as far as we know, drag queen show on a US military post. Even ignoring proper military bearing, unit morale, and unit cohesion, this was a very bad idea. Given the social engineering of the military goal of the Biden administration, it may not be the last gender bending event to take place. So look for another drag queen show coming soon…to a Navy base near you.
