It’s not everyday that you hear swear words coming out of the mouth of Republican Texas Senator Ted Cruz. But he has every right to call out the *ssholes that he is calling out.
Those *ssholes would be his democrat neighbors and also the media.
On the political “Ruthless” podcast, he called out his neighbors who leaked his wife’s group chat about going to Cancun. He said, “It’s a sign of how ridiculously politicized and nasty and just…Here’s a suggestion: Just don’t be *ssholes. Just treat each other as human beings. Have some degree, some modicum of respect.”
He’s also irked about the press coverage about his dog, who was being cared for by a staff member when the family as away and the dog was plenty comfortable with heat and light as well – which any member of the press could have figured out as I did when they looked into the timeline of events.
You aren’t a real journalist if you take a picture of a dog at a door and do absolutely no fact checking on your fake story of dog abandonment. But then again, the leftists don’t care about facts.
And the press continued to harass the Cruz family because they don’t have Trump around to mess with anymore. Even though Ted Cruz had returned home to Texas, they continued to follow his family, taking photos of Cruz’s wife Heidi in her swimsuit while on vacation.
The whole media circus coverage over Cruz was beyond ridiculous but it was a big media push to get Beto O’Rourke in the news again, showing him handing out water in a PR move for a future senatorial run against Ted again.
The fact is, it didn’t matter where Cruz Zoomed from when he was on recess during the storm in Texas. He was not needed in the state to shovel anyone’s driveways or restore the electrical grid all by himself.
Joe Biden was at Camp David during the Texas storm (and the pandemic) and he, of course, gets a free pass from the leftist media.
Now that Cruz is getting the lying and disgusting “Trump treatment” by the media, he’s getting a bit of a potty mouth and pushing back hard on the fake news media.
You go Ted. Let’s see more.
