I took another look-see at the Constitution to see if it’s changed in the past day or two.
Nope, still the same.
It is, as always, under democratic assault but it’s still intact as of today.
What does the First Amendment say? It says that Congress shall make no law “abridging the freedom of speech.”
Hm… So it only talks about Congress?
That explains a lot.
I guess that means that EVERYONE ELSE can abridge our freedom of speech then, right? That’s what the democrats seem to think.
We can be shut up by social media platforms and the leftist media.
We can be shut up (and fired) by corporations.
In addition to that, governmental agencies and law enforcement are free to shut us up as well and put us in jail for saying things that they don’t like.
The cancel culture have infiltrated the justice system and we now have selective law enforcement which is being used to protect democrats and their supporters – and to target Trump supporters and Republicans.
Last week, far-right influencer “Ricky Vaughn” was arrested on charges of spreading disinformation to suppress 2016 democratic voters. No, seriously, he was.
I’m surprised that I’m not in cuffs as well from my joke a few years ago when I told my democrat friends and family to vote a day later than the election day. Yes, I was put in Facebook jail for a few days because FB doesn’t recognize humor. But I didn’t end up in the real slammer down at the local county building.
It’s a new day now though.
It’s a new world.
And the democrat oligarchy will gladly put the cuffs on any Trump supporters.
The includes Rcky Vaughn (real name Douglas Mackey) who leftists like to call a far-right propagandist. He got nabbed for allegedly suppressing 4900 Hillary Clinton votes in the 2016 election by using Twitter memes and messages to trick democrats into voting by text message instead of casting a real ballot.
How about arresting those 4900 people for being idiots?
It’s funny how the democratic “Justice” Department is so very concerned about 4900 democratic votes but could care less about investigating thousands and thousands and thousands of fraudulent 2020 votes. They don’t even pretend to be interested in that.
The head of the FBI, William Sweeney, calls what Mackey did “vote theft” and “illegal behavior and contributes to the erosion of the public’s trust in the election processes.”
As if there IS any public trust in the election process.

The criminal complaint says that Mackey, together with others, conspired to injure, oppress, threaten and intimidate persons in the free exercise and enjoyment of a right and privilege secured to them by the Constitution and laws of the United States, to wit, the right to vote, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 241.
That’s rich after all that Hillary Clinton and Obama did to mess with the 2016 election including being involved in a coup against President Trump.
But then again, REAL crimes don’t mean anything when committed by democrats.
The complaint further states that Mackey made coordinated use of social media to spread disinformation relevant to the impending 2016 Presidential election and that the disinformation spread often took the form of “memes.”
Vaughn could get up to ten years in jail. The oppressive Injustice Department is using the federal civil rights law in order to hold people accountable for misinformation campaigns intended to interfere with elections.
Interference with elections?
That’s basically the description of every democratic election campaign.
And what was the purpose of the voter fraud committed by the Democrats? To suppress the votes of Republicans. To make them worthless. Interfering in an election.
Acting US Attorney for the Eastern District of New York Seth DuCharme said in press release “There is no place in public discourse for lies and misinformation to defraud citizens of their right to vote.”
Try not to fall over laughing from that one.
