While Joe Biden might become the next President, it is Kamala Harris who you should really be worried about. Ever since naming her his running mate, there has been a theory that Biden would step aside once President and allow Kamala Harris to become the first female POTUS. Although just a theory, Biden and Harris stopped by CNN recently to have an interview about their relationship, and in true Democratic fashion, Biden lets it slip that he might actually step down.
What is more interesting is the fact that Harris once called Joe Biden a racist on national television. But that was easily forgotten when Biden named her as his potential VP. Then a quick interview later and Harris was claiming all is fair in politics and debates. Literally, that was her response to the question about calling Biden a racist.
During the interview with CNN’s Jake Tapper, Biden claimed that if he and Harris ever came to a disagreement, he would handle it just like he did in the Obama Administration. And what is that exactly? If they were to have a moral difference, then Biden would resign claiming an illness rather than continue to serve with someone he can’t agree with. While this sounds outlandish, here are Biden’s own words.
Joe Biden is asked about his disagreements with Kamala Harris on certain issues:
"Like I told Barack, if I reach something where there's a fundamental disagreement we have based on a moral principle, I'll develop some disease and say I have to resign." pic.twitter.com/SLcvrwaPCA

“When we disagree, it’ll be just like — so far, it’s been just like when Barack and I did. It’s in private. She’ll say, ‘I think we should do A, B, C, or D,’ and I’ll say, ‘I like A, don’t like B and C. And let’s go, OK.’ And like I told Barack, if I reached something where there’s a fundamental disagreement we have based on a moral principle, I’ll develop some disease and say I have to resign,” Biden said in the interview. “We don’t have that I’m — we haven’t — and we’ve discussed at length our views on foreign policy, on domestic policy, on intelligence.”
While having a moral difference with a person can make it difficult to work with, that doesn’t give them the ground to up and leave, especially when majority of America supposedly voted for Biden. But what is more worrisome is Biden could be already preparing the people for a Harris Administration. While still a theory – it’s worth the thought.
