The Rule of Law Also on the Ballot this Year. Ironically, Rather Than Losing it, the Rule of Law is Being Stolen

As a police officer, I was cautioned throughout my career not only to be honest but also to avoid any appearance of impropriety. Officers were scrutinized even if they accepted a free cup of coffee at the local coffee shop. There were strict parameters for accepting gratuities (and only of low value).

Which brings me to the current election calamity. For a cop, the truly difficult part of this issue is that rank and file officers are held to such a high standard. It’s a standard leftist leaders never require of themselves. After all, it was Pennsylvania and Philadelphia politicians and election boards that excluded Republican poll watchers and obscured what should be a transparent election process.

So, even if you don’t feel there’s enough evidence to charge corruption in the election in states like Wisconsin, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Nevada, and Arizona, isn’t the appearance of impropriety more than obvious?

When so many examples of election malfeasance are alleged and when people can point to videos and affidavits of corruption having occurred, it’s hard to keep track of all of them. It’s also difficult to stay sane as we hold onto any hope to recover our nations election system integrity.

As I listened to various media reports, not doing research but as a casual observer, I started to make a random list of only a few examples of the daily bombardment. Doesn’t this list appear to show suspicious behavior, inconsistencies or, at the very least, the appearances of impropriety?

Democrats banned Republican poll watchers from polling sites. Those few Republicans who were allowed in, “weren’t permitted to get close enough to see what was happening.” Why? These rules are well established, and Democrats know it. What makes them so confident they’ll get away with it? History.

Petr Svab, of The Epoch Times, is now reporting [18], “More than 10,000 people confirmed or suspected dead have returned their mail-in ballots to vote in Michigan [19], according to an analysis of the state’s election data.” In addition, Svab reported 2,000 people who are aged 100 years or older also mailed in votes. People do live to over 100. But, in this case, none are listed as “known living Centenarians.”

Democrat officials insists any vote from a deceased person would not be accepted. But how can anyone believe that when the vote massively shifted overnight from one candidate to the other in Michigan?

Also, from [20] The Epoch Times, they’ve learned that Dominion Voting Systems (remember the Michigan “glitch” switching 6,000 Trump votes to Biden), used in several states, including swing states, have connections to powerful Democrats. Senator Diane Feinstein’s husband is a shareholder in the company, and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s former chief of staff is a lobbyist at Brownstein Farber Hyatt & Schreck, “the company’s first-ever lobbying firm.” Imagine that.

For the sake of argument, let’s set aside most of the above “appearances of impropriety.” The video evidence alone of Democrats barring Republican poll watchers and obstructing those allowed in should be enough to cause reasonable people to question the results, right?

A Pennsylvania attorney representing President Trump said [21], “If there’s no fraud, why is the Democrat-controlled Board of Elections unwilling to let people close enough to actually see what its people are doing?”

This is a real question that deserves an answer. And maybe they are answering. By the Democrats and legacy media not answering questions, they are answering it, aren’t they? Perhaps, all of the “appearances of impropriety” listed above, being covered only by the integrity media, are being answered by Democrats’ silence, obfuscation, and double-standards.

It’s amazing how leftists scream like banshees when any cop is accused of having the most minor appearance of impropriety. Yet, when some impropriety benefits Democrats, they are willing to overlook evidence of what may be substantial voter fraud in several swing states.

Another issue is the lack of respect for America’s election process and system on display by the Democrat and legacy media pretending the election is over and Biden has won. Since a presidential election is bound by a specific constitutional process, it’s obviously not over until the process comes to an end. This has not happened. Just like Vice President Al Gore challenged the 2000 election for over a month, President Trump is doing no different. Only this time the evidence of corruption (appearance of impropriety) is massive.

Many police officers no longer trust their police accountability systems, viewing them as biased against cops. Similarly, Republicans who voted for President Trump and intellectually honest Democrats will lose their trust in America’s election system. The outcome of this election is critical to the future of this republic and for law and order.

The neo-socialist Democrats would likely call that hyperbole. But Americans who see this as a (at least) third coup attempt, call it a tragic reality. I’ll just leave you with this item: “MIT scientists: “Data Analysis of Election Fraud in Michigan [22]….” I think it may be time to take appearance out of the phrase and leave impropriety—or what if we just replace it with illegality?
