In 1842 John Stuart Mill wrote “On Liberty.” In it he talked about the concept of plural voting. “Plural voting is the practice whereby one person might be able to vote multiple times in an election,” says Wiki. They seem to have defined that one correctly. “Philosopher Thomas Mulligan has even proposed a system of plural voting which uses a mathematical algorithm to determine voters’ ability and then gives higher-ability voters more votes,” it adds.
No, we’re not talking about Democrats who use false identities to vote numerous times. We mean giving some Americans a disproportionate say in elections if they have earned it.
For with rumors flying around Monday night that late counted military votes could return Pennsylvania and Georgia to Trump, the question can be posed: If you contribute more to a nation, even at risk to your life, should you get more of a say in its affairs?
It’s a simple concept that we apply all the time. If you invest substantial sums in something you will get bigger returns than the small investor. To play poker you have to have chips. No chips in the game, no seat at the table. Well, have the active duty military and military veterans, and perhaps police officers and firefighters, risked more than the average citizen? Have they anted up with bigger numbers than others? If so, why shouldn’t their civic return be bigger?
Now of course the usual screaming meemies would have a problem with this. But it’s, again, a simple idea: invest more get a bigger payout. Our veterans, active duty military, and our police and fire forces invest with their lives every day on the job. It’s not absurd to posit they should get a commensurate civic return.
In other military voting news, Democrats are throwing out military ballots across the nation. Military ballots are being found in the trash in Pennsylvania and discarded in other states as well.

And is it being reported? Of course not. This displays the respect the Democrats and the media have for our military. It’s because few of them have served our country in uniform, as they hate the U.S. military because it is a traditional national institution that serves American interests. The effete legions of newsies and hard left types believe it is the job of other people to defend freedom, while they work to tear it down.
There is also a hilariously ridiculous big lie, one of many, being put out by Democrats: That they and Joe Biden are winning the military vote. First, it’s a secret ballot. Thus their claim is only polling and speculation. And we’ve seen how accurate that is. But the thought that U.S. military personnel would vote for a clearly anti-military party like the Democrats instead of one of the most pro-military presidents in American history is laughable. It’s only more disinformation to give Biden a patina of legitimacy. Don’t fall for it.
