Trump is returning to The White House after being diagnosed with COVID-19 and admitted into Walter Reed Medical Center. He hasn’t fully recovered yet but it is safe for him to return back to The White House. Reportedly, Trump will have over two dozen nurses, doctors and APRNs to give him 24/7 care.
In an interview with Fox & Friends, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows said “Spoke to the president this morning,” Meadows said. “He continued to improve overnight and is ready to get back to a normal working schedule.” He added that the president “will meet with his doctors and nurses this morning to make further assessments of his progress.”
There have to accusations that Trump put his secret services members in danger because they are “at risk” because he wanted to greet his supporters on his way out of the hospital. Trump then tweeted “It is reported that the Media is upset because I got into a secure vehicle to say thank you to the many fans and supporters who were standing outside of the hospital for many hours, and even days, to pay their repents to their President. If I didn’t do its Media would say RUDE!!!

While Fox & Friends interviewed Meadows, he said “I’m not having bullets shot at me, and I may put myself at risk because of this virus,” Meadows explained. “But the president is going to defeat this virus. I’m not putting myself in harm’s way with bullets.” “This is an enemy that we will defeat and we will do that together, but those are the risks associated with this job.”
This afternoon Trump tweeted, “Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life.” President Trump wants everyone to know that the Trump administration has developed really great drugs to help with the recovery process of Covid.
I will be leaving the great Walter Reed Medical Center today at 6:30 P.M. Feeling really good! Don’t be afraid of Covid. Don’t let it dominate your life. We have developed, under the Trump Administration, some really great drugs & knowledge. I feel better than I did 20 years ago!
