Well, this isn’t going to be a huge shock to anyone, but it appears that Biden is using a teleprompter just to answer simple questions from his supporters.
During a live Q&A on NBC, a half-dead looking Joe Biden awkwardly asked someone (we’re assuming a staff member) to “move it up here” before answering a question.

The YouTube comments on this video reaffirmed that Biden just really needs to sit this one out and check himself into a retirement home:
