California Republican DA Shreds Petition – Refuses to Drop Charges Against BLM Protester Who Blocked Pregnant Woman on Freeway

This man just stood up against liberal radicals in a big way.

California’s Republican District Attorney Dan Dow just took a petition to drop charges against a Black Lives Matter protester and put them through the shredder.

From Washington Examiner [1]

A district attorney refused to accept petitions demanding charges filed against the organizer of a Black Lives Matter protest be dropped.

Protesters rallied outside of the San Luis Obispo, California, district attorney’s office on Tuesday. The protesters intended to drop 500,000 petitions urging District Attorney Dan Dow to drop all charges against Tianna Arata, who was arrested in July after blocking a highway.

“Over the last month, our office has engaged many community members expressing varied viewpoints on the arrest of Ms. Arata and suggesting (often demanding) that we make a particular filing decision.” Dow’s office told KSBY in an email. “While mindful of the complexity and sensitivity of the broader social justice conversation, we would be in violation of our ethical duty if we were to make a filing decision based on public sentiment.”

The protester in question is Tianna Arata, who many may know as the BLM nutjob who blocked a pregnant woman from reaching the hospital.

Arata’s crazed actions that day have certainly landed her in a whole boatload of trouble and the list of offenses is quite staggering:

From Cal Coast News [3]

The San Luis Obispo Police Department is seeking five felony and three misdemeanor charges against a woman who organized a July 21 Black Lives Matter protest that included chasing after cars and detaining the drivers.

After conducting a two-week investigation that included watching videos of the protest, officers asked the SLO County District Attorney’s Office to file five felony charges against 20-year-old Tianna Arata: four felony counts of false imprisonment and a felony count of conspiracy. In addition, investigators are seeking three misdemeanor charges against Arata: resisting or obstructing a peace officer, inciting a riot, and unlawful assembly.

While behavior like Arata’s is atrocious, it’s a relief that she will soon face justice.

It’s time to lay down the hammer and establish some much need law and order in this country.
