Jacob Blake’s mother has come out strongly against the rioters who are burning down cities in her son’s name.
Mr. Blake was shot reportedly 7 times during an altercation in Kenosha, WI. He survived the gunshot wounds and is in the hospital right now.
Mr. Blake had violated a court order to stay away from his ex-girlfriend due to a prior “domestic violence” claim. He showed up at her work with a knife, according to police.
Police were called and arrived on the scene. They discovered there were warrants out for Mr. Blake’s arrest – one involving a felony sexual assault on a minor.
Police say when they went to arrest Mr. Blake, he resisted. Police also say they attempted to tase him, but that didn’t work and he continued resisting arrest.

Police also say Blake was “wielding a knife,” and when he broke free, he lunged into his car, and that’s when police shot him.
Since the shooting, Kenosha has gone up in a ball of flames, with looting, violence, and rioting.
Mr. Blake’s mother has strongly condemned the violence, calling it “disgusting.”
She also appeared on CNN with Don Lemon, where she apologized to President Trump for harsh words from another family member, who she says spoke out in anger.
Mrs. Blake went on to say that she has “respect” for President Trump as the leader of our country.

Mr. Blake deserves his day in court on all of the charges that he’s facing. In addition, I believe that this shooting should be investigated.
The good news is, the DOJ has announced that it will do a thorough investigation of what happened in the Jacob Blake shooting, so hopefully, we’ll all get answers soon.
However, let’s not forget the 15-year-old girl who claims she was raped by Mr. Blake or the girlfriend who claims she was abused by Mr. Blake and was issued a restraining order for protection.
These women are now watching as someone who they claim assaulted them is being turned into a “Civil Rights hero” and that’s not right.
We need to stop trying to turn everyone into a “hero” in order to make cops look like villains.
