Recently, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi called Federal officers protecting Federal property from riots in Democratic-controlled cities…stormtroopers.

Totally appropriately, the Jewish community and American leaders are outraged at the inflammatory and totally misguided message from this incompetent Speaker of the House.

Here is what the Conference of Jewish Affairs stated:

     “Nancy Pelosi’s deliberate use of the term ‘stormtroopers’ to describe America’s homeland security officers quelling riots and protecting people in Portland is a vile accusation against our good officers and offensive to Jews across the world.” Rabbi Aryeh Spero continued, “Speaker Pelosi must know that the stormtroopers were Hitler’s private regiment to round up innocent Jews and ship them off to concentration camps.”

The Acting Secretary of Homeland Security, Chad Wolf, condemned Pelosi for those comments. The Secretary stated:

     “One, it’s disgusting, two it’s an assault on every federal, or civilian or state and local law enforcement officer who has taken an oath to protect their communities, to protect, in our case, federal facilities. To do their jobs and I think it’s very dangerous.”

When Attorney-General William Barr testified before the House Judiciary Committee, Congressman Doug Collins asked if Barr believed that Pelosi’s characterization of federal officers as stormtroopers encouraged further violence against the police, Barr responded:

     “I think that’s possible. And I think it’s irresponsible to call these federal law enforcement officers ‘stormtroopers.’“

Pelosi is the same incompetent who said we would find out what was in Obamacare after we passed it. That level of ignorance and these inflammatory comments directed toward our heroic federal officers is unconscionable.

Where are the Democrats condemning this despicable rhetoric? Chuck Shumer, a member of the Jewish faith, defended Pelosi. The Anti-Defamation League in its politically correct cowardice is nowhere to be found on this issue.

We need to understand that the likes of CNN, MSNBC, ABC, CBS, NBC, The Washington Post and the New York Times have been silent on this analogy of our federal troops to Hitler’s stormtroopers. They killed Jews arbitrarily and capriciously just for being Jewish. There were concentration camps to which 6 million Jews were sent for their horrifying elimination. Our officers are simply following orders and defending federal property from destruction under federal law. They are required to defend that property. They have caused no deaths and minimal lasting harm to the violent criminals attacking the Federal Court House.

Pelosi is scary in that she cannot see the difference between the stormtroopers serving Hitler and our federal officers serving our Constitution.

May God help us if Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi are given the reins of power in November because this anti-American attitude will prevail in our government. Then ask yourself: what is the future of America?
