Police in Kenosha WI have released details surrounding the shooting of Mr. Jacob Blake.
Initially, the media and BLM were pushing the narrative that Mr. Blake was unarmed and shot 7 times in the back.
Mr. Blake survived the shooting and is currently in the hospital.
Here’s what we know: Mr. Blake violated a restraining order in place over “domestic abuse,” and showed up at his ex-girlfriend’s workplace.
The ex-girlfriend called 911, and that’s when the police showed up. Mr. Blake has outstanding warrants – one of them is for allegedly raping a 15-year-old girl – it’s a felony sexual assault warrant.
Here’s what the police say: Mr. Blake had a knife on him when he showed up at his ex-girlfriend’s workplace.
Police attempted to subdue Mr.Blake, and he resisted arrest.
They tried to tase him, but that did not stop Mr. Blake from resisting.
At one point, after repeatedly and aggressively resisting arrest, Mr. Blake lunged into his car – possibly to grab the knife – and that is when he was shot.

Officers were yelling for Blake to “drop the knife” as they followed him around the car. He then opened the door and lunged for something as the officer grabbed the back of his shirt and fired. Blake was either lunging for the knife on the floorboard or it fell from his hand.

While people are burning the city of Kenosha down, a little girl is watching the man who she says raped her, be turned into a civil rights hero.
Not to mention, the woman who was granted a restraining order against Mr. Blake for “domestic abuse” is watching the same thing unfold.
As a mother and as a woman, I have a real problem with that.
Mr. Blake deserves his day in court on all charges – but the fine people of Kenosha deserve better than “street and vigilante” justice.
People’s livelihoods have been forever destroyed over this.
