Joe Biden has chosen Kamala Harris as his running mate. And already, the California Senator has come under fire.
Twitter lit up when Biden made his announcement, and much of the feedback was negative. During the Democratic primaries, Harris failed to pick up steam with moderates or progressives, and was perceived by many to be off-putting.

– banning fracking
– banning plastic straws
– using executive orders to ban “assault weapons”
– phasing out private healthcare insurance;
– nearly-complete restriction of religious freedom to the private sphere.

Meanwhile, many on the left are expressing excitement at the prospect of Harris debating Vice President Mike Pence–while simultaneously asserting that the presidential debates between Donald Trump and Joe Biden be cancelled.
