Finally, the United States justice system is taking a turn back to reason and fairness for retired US Army General Mike Flynn, the former National Security Advisor to President Trump:
#FLYNN Court Docs “The United States of America hereby moves to dismiss with prejudice the criminal information filed against Michael T Flynn pursuant to federal rule of criminal procedure 48(a)…” @CBSNews @ClareHymes22

This appears to end a long three-year period of injustice to the 33 year combat veteran and former Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency. I have written many times about the corruption in our intelligence agencies and the particular egregious behavior of the FBI counterintelligence and law enforcement branches.
My most recent video editorial called for dismissal of the Flynn case just yesterday:

Judge Sullivan should act today and dismiss the case. It is the right thing to do. President Trump should reinstate Flynn as National Security Advisor and KT McFarland as his deputy today, not tomorrow.
Yes, @realDonaldTrump should put @GenFlynn back in as National Security Advisor with @realKTMcFarland as deputy if they are willing to serve. today, not tomorrow. https://t.co/O2JOFaaMjY
